Confidentiality Agreement

The confidentiality agreement means that the online platform Treatab maintains the confidentiality of your personal or credit information in accordance with the controls and policies contained in this document and with high professional standards, including:

    • Your personal information that you dealt with, provided to us, displayed or modified.

    • Our use of, and review and modification of, your personal information as needed.

    • Your use of your personal information and the information of other users.

    • Entering Treatab platform and its affiliated websites or mobile application, and browsing and modifying your personal information.

    • Communication tools with third parties over the internet.

    • Cookies used on your personal device.

    • No to misleading or deceptive emails.

    • Protecting your personal information

1. As part of the registration on the online platform, you will be asked to provide us with your personal information, such as your name, shipping address, your email or phone number and other similar information, and some additional information about you such as your date of birth or any information specific to your identity in addition to that, in order to document your identity, we may need you to provide us with valid proof of identity (e.g. a copy of your passport, visa or residence permit, national ID and/or driver's license).

2. We may also need to collect specific financial information from you, such as your credit card or bank account details, in order for it to be added to your account information on the Treatab platform, and we will use this financial information for billing purposes and to complete your transactions on the platform.

3. After you register on Treatab platform, you should not post any personal information, including any financial information, on any part of the platform, with the exception of the “Account Management” part, and this will protect you from the possibility of being exposed to fraud or theft of your identity information. Also, posting any of your personal information on any part of the site except for “My Account” is considered a violation of this agreement and may cause action to be taken against your membership in Treatab online platform.

4. The information of your transactions and activities on the platform will be recorded, whether it is a purchase, sale, display of goods, withdrawals, deposits or other activities related to your transactions in Treatab platform.

5. Please note that we may use your IP address or Personal Identifier (IP) (which is a unique number given to your Internet service provider in order to analyze your activity patterns on the platform, and thus improve your management on the platform) and may also collect your information for browsing details.

 6. We may collect additional information from you or about you in other ways that are not detailed in this document, such as recording phone calls with the employees of the User Care Center or through your answers to our questionnaires. We may collect information for statistical purposes.

We use your personal information only to provide services and support from our customer service team, with the aim of measuring and improving our services to you, preventing illegal activities, implementing the terms of our agreement with you, facilitating barriers, collecting fees, providing you with promotional emails and in order to document the information you have provided us with any third party, for example, we may resort to sharing your personal information with official agencies such as government agencies or banks or authorizing credit cards to process and document services with the third party for the purposes of increasing the level of security.

2. In the event of the sale of Treatab online platform or the sale of any of the institutions, subsidiaries or main commercial companies, we may disclose your personal information to the potential buyer in order to continue the activity of the platform.

3. Information related to the products or services that you buy or sell, or your activities in which you participate on the platform may be published for the beneficiaries.

4. Your registration on Treatab platform is an official authorization to receive promotional emails about our services, in addition to emails regarding changes and new features on the platform. 

1. Members of Treatab platform may share their personal information (including financial information) with each other, in order to complete any transaction on the site, you must pledge confidentiality.

2. We do not guarantee the confidentiality of your information when you share it with other members, so you must request information about the level of confidentiality and security contracts from any other members on the platform before you start and provide them with any financial or personal data or information, and you can refer to the customer service center staff to make sure of that.

3. You are aware and agree that you must use the personal information that you received under this Agreement.

1. You can access and review your personal information through the “My Account” management page on Treatab platform, and in the event that the information is incorrect or changed for any reason, we hope to contact customer service.

2. Please note that we will keep your personal information during your use of the platform and after completion of it according to the statutory authorities in order to overcome technical obstacles and to prevent fraud.

1. Treatab online platform may contain links to other websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the level of security or the methods used in other websites.

2. We encourage you, when you move from our platform to any other site, to take the initiative to read their confidentiality of information agreement details if you want to give them your personal information. .

3. This Agreement applies only to information provided by you.

1. Like many websites,  Treatab platform uses small software files that are installed on the storage part of your computer.

2. The cookies we use do not reveal any of your personal information. These records help us improve your performance on the platform and help us know the most used parts of the platform.

In the event that you receive any malicious or scam messages, please send an email to our email (support@treatab.com), sending emails that harm us or any contents will lead to a breach of the terms of the user agreement. We scan messages automatically, and may use manual filtering to see if there are malicious messages, viruses, malicious attacks and other malicious or illegal activities.

1. We keep your information (Confidential Information Agreement) in electronic files in Canada. When you provide us with your personal information, you have given us the right to keep this information on our servers, and we take all precautions to preserve your information, by not accessing it from others.
